Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VidMaker UVE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

VidMaker is a 4K Video Production Intelligence — platform that creates video content from product URLs, text prompts, and uploaded media. We provide AI-generated motion video, avatar integration, voiceover synthesis, and multi-platform export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One account per person — multiple accounts may result in termination.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VidMaker to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. You may not use the service to generate misleading content about real individuals, or to create content that violates platform policies on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms you publish to.

5. Intellectual Property

Videos generated using VidMaker belong to you, subject to our underlying technology licenses. You grant VidMaker a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised generation data to improve our AI models. Our platform, branding, and proprietary AI systems remain the exclusive property of VidMaker UVE Ltd.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via NOWPayments in cryptocurrency. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for used credits or completed generations. Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not carry over. Top-up credits are non-refundable.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruption. Generation failures due to third-party AI model downtime will result in credit restoration.

8. Limitation of Liability

VidMaker is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you may cancel your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
